Job Requirements
- Native or near-native Maltese speaker
- Good command of English (written and spoken)

- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
- Ability to work fixed shifts (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00)
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
- Experience in international or multilingual support environments.
