• Act as a trusted advisor to customer SMEs and the end-user community • Lead solution architecture, development, and implementation efforts across PTC’s Windchill and ThingWorx platforms • Design and develop custom Windchill solutions, including actions models, workflows, lifecycles, reports, and OIRs • Support and optimize data migration projects using Windchill Bulk Migrator, Load From File Framework, and custom scripts • Integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow • Analyze and cleanse data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements • Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and system testing • Debug and resolve complex application, customization, or data-related defects and issues • Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions, customizations, and data migration processes • Provide training and support to end-users on Windchill and ThingWorx functionalities and evolving business processes • Stay up to date with the latest Windchill developments, industry best practices, and DoD software policies.

• Brindar soporte técnico especializado, mantenimiento e instalación de los equipos y sistemas médicos de GE HealthCare en Colombia. • Realizar instalación, calibración, mantenimiento, solución de problemas y reparación de una amplia gama de equipos médicos GE HealthCare. • Ejecutar inspecciones y servicios de mantenimiento preventivo (PM) para asegurar la confiabilidad del equipo y minimizar tiempos de inactividad. • Responder y resolver solicitudes de servicio e inquietudes técnicas de los clientes de manera eficiente y efectiva, tanto en sitio como de forma remota. • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos utilizando esquemas, manuales de servicio y herramientas de diagnóstico. • Documentar de manera precisa y completa todas las actividades de servicio en el sistema de gestión de servicios de la compañía. • Brindar orientación técnica y capacitación a los clientes sobre la operación del equipo y procedimientos básicos de mantenimiento. • Administrar el inventario de repuestos del territorio asignado, garantizando disponibilidad y manejo adecuado. • Cumplir con todas las políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos de seguridad de GE HealthCare y con la normativa local aplicable. • Colaborar con los equipos de ventas, aplicaciones y otros equipos de servicio para garantizar un soporte integral y una alta satisfacción del cliente. • Participar en turnos de disponibilidad (on-call) y estar disponible para solicitudes de servicio de emergencia fuera del horario laboral. • Mantener un alto nivel de competencia técnica mediante capacitación continua y desarrollo profesional.

• This position is responsible for coordination of all engineering and field activities related to assigned projects. • Provide leadership support for assigned projects to the Albireo Energy project team, subcontractors, contractors, and customers. • Support the Project Manager complete assigned projects on or before the scheduled completion date by coordinating with and facilitating communication. • Demonstrate comprehension of project specific control sequences and related scope. • Coordinate and collaborate with BAS application engineers to develop shop drawings, submittals, databases, programs, and graphical interfaces. • Provide quality assurance of engineering packages prior to submission. • Understanding of the scope of work, ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. • Maintain those standards for all scope and the life of the project. • Proactively communicate technical issues to project managers and more senior level technicians as well as contractors and subcontractors. • Collaborate with the Project Manager to forecast revenues and re-estimate project costs as it relates to project execution. • Maintain redlines, and coordinate field markups from the project team and submit As-Built documents. • Coordinate and maintain commissioning requirements for third party commissioning and testing. • Coordinate and manage the check-out, start-up, and commissioning activities to ensure the system is functional and complete. • Attend and contribute to project meetings, as necessary. • Look for opportunities and risk to keep the project moving forward. • Communicate with jobsite personnel from other trades to complete project objectives. • Complete assigned training as part of the positions career growth plan. • Complete weekly timecards accurately and timely.

• Serve as the technical lead for complex traffic and technology projects from concept through completion. • Make authoritative engineering decisions related to advanced design criteria, standards, and client requirements. • Oversee and review engineering analysis, plans, and technical documents to ensure quality and compliance. • Establish and uphold design standards, best practices, and QA/QC processes within the discipline. • Collaborate with project managers to align technical execution with project scope, schedule, and budget. • Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and designers to elevate technical expertise across the team. • Organize and allocate technical resources to support efficient and effective project delivery. • Support proposals, scopes, and client coordination by providing senior-level technical expertise. • Maintain accurate project documentation and represent Olsson professionally with clients and partners.
