Legal Research Intern

RELX

• Conduct legal research and provide solutions to customers via Live Support chat. • Maintain confidentiality and the sensitivity of information from customer conversations. • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness. • Understand customer pain points and provide an effortless customer experience. • Use scripted messages appropriately and timely. • Create meaningful connections with customers and offer additional products or services when applicable.

Job Requirements

  • Be a currently enrolled student pursuing a Juris Doctorate program.
  • 1L, 2L, or 3L law students are eligible for the internship.
  • Possess excellent typing skills with a minimum of 40 wpm and 85% accuracy.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a rapidly moving setting.
  • Be empathetic and understanding of customer needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent business acumen and be able to offer value-added services to customers.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to pay close attention to accuracy and quality of work.
  • Be self-driven and open to receiving and applying constructive feedback.
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills to document findings and share ideas clearly.
