• Lead technical solution development for HHS and federal healthcare opportunities. • Partner with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams to develop competitive technical strategies. • Author technical proposal volumes, executive summaries, management approaches, and solution narratives. • Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compliant, and persuasive proposal content. • Develop solution architectures, implementation approaches, staffing strategies, and transition plans. • Participate in proposal reviews, customer solution sessions, and capture activities. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

• Lead and scale contracting operations that enable the successful delivery of MGT’s Advisory Solutions. • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable contracting processes. • Oversee full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals. • Manage high-volume pipeline of agreements including 1099 and vendor contracts. • Drive workflow optimization, automation, and process improvements. • Mentor and develop team members.

• Conduct structured assessments across business units to identify manual, repetitive, or data-intensive workflows where AI can deliver measurable time and cost savings. • Architect and build AI-powered solutions — including LLM integrations, intelligent automation, and ML-assisted workflows — from concept through production. • Act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams. • Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, including integration with existing systems, API design, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring. • Develop internal tooling, documentation, and training to help non-technical teams adopt AI tools effectively. • Define and enforce standards for responsible AI deployment, including data privacy, bias mitigation, auditability, and compliance.
