IV Territory Manager

Role Description We are seeking a Territory Manager of IV Sales to oversee the comprehensive sales operation of the Curlin IV product line within a defined geographical region. In this remote role, you will achieve sales and profit objectives in collaboration with IV Sales Directors and National Account Managers. You will report to the Moog Medical Devices Sales Director. - Analyzing trends in prior sales and current existing business. - Assisting in goal setting and account business strategies. - Achieving revenue targets. - Regular travel (as needed) with Directors of National Sales and National Accounts to assess their performance, assist in problem-solving, and close sales opportunities. - Meeting company quotas for equipment and related disposables annually and quarterly. - Generating forecasts, managing the sales funnel, and assembling cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and close orders. - Measuring and improving gross profit margins. - Supporting other company objectives as assigned by sales directors. - Collaborating closely with marketing, clinical, and operations teams. Developing New Business - Attending trade shows, conferences, and executive meetings to establish relationships and new sales opportunities. - Traveling to meet with prospective and existing clients to develop new and existing business. - Meeting with internal teams to define projects to create new targets. - Creating and negotiating business contracts with new and existing accounts. - Analyzing trends in existing business. - Traveling regularly (as needed) with Directors of sales and National Accounts to new and existing accounts to close business. Directing Business and Distributor Activities - Directing goal setting and resource allocations for the promotion of MMDG products through a distributor. - Conducting regularly (as needed) scheduled quarterly business reports with team directors and local accounts in different geographical regions. - Ensuring compliance with MMDG established business practices, regulatory requirements, and contract obligations, while generally representing MMDG in an ethical and professional manner. Supporting Internal Customers - Meeting with Executive Management to update members on business growth and plan for future growth and potential business losses. - Attend all internal calls and meetings as scheduled. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent, with a minimum of five (5) years of sales experience. - Proven experience in team building and fostering growth within the designated geography. - Familiarity with the clinical environment associated with Moog Medical Devices Group products, including IV clinical practice standards, targeted care protocols, and regulations related to patient confidentiality (HIPAA). - Approximately 60% travel requirements. - Comprehensive understanding of healthcare reimbursement scenarios, considering care site and relevance to Moog Medical Devices Group product acquisitions and pricing strategies. - Familiarity with sales cycles for assigned Moog Medical Devices Group products and markets, coupled with a proven track record of success. - Proficient in utilizing technology, including personal computers, operating systems, and standard business software packages. Salary Range Transparency Salt Lake City, UT: $80,000.00–$105,000.00 Annually The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
