What You'll Own? - Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other customer acquisition channels. - Develop and execute strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth. - Analyze performance using commercial metrics such as CAC, MER, LTV, contribution margin, and other key business KPIs. - Turn campaign performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients. - Design and execute testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, offers, and campaign structure. - Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Operations teams to continuously improve results. - Build trusted relationships with clients and help solve complex growth challenges. What We're Looking For? - Experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads for eCommerce brands. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - A genuine interest in understanding the business behind the marketing. - Confidence communicating insights and recommendations with clients and stakeholders. - A growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve. - Bonus points if you have experience with TikTok Ads, attribution, forecasting, creative strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or broader growth marketing.
