The Crown Is Yours As a Promotions Operations Associate, you'll help create engaging promotional experiences that connect customers with our digital offerings. You'll work closely with Marketing, Operations, Creative, Compliance, and Commercial teams to keep campaigns moving from idea to launch with clarity and precision. In this role, you'll combine data, creativity, and operational excellence to deliver seamless customer experiences while helping shape how we bring new promotions and initiatives to market. What You'll Do - Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our digital offerings. - Use data and customer insights to optimize promotional calendars, develop targeted campaign strategies, monitor performance, and recommend improvements that enhance the customer experience. - Manage the end-to-end execution of promotions, including campaign setup, quality assurance, audience segmentation, merchandising, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop promotional messaging, manage creative workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets. - Identify new promotional opportunities and operational improvements by contributing innovative ideas, leveraging AI-powered tools where appropriate, and supporting go-to-market planning for new campaigns and initiatives. • Administer and harden self-hosted Linux servers • Design, set up and operate self-managed, multi-node Kubernetes clusters (lifecycle, upgrades, networking, storage, ingress, RBAC, high availability) • Manage the Docker / container lifecycle across environments • Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management (Helm, Kustomize, Ansible) • Own CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning (GitLab CI/CD) • Run the monitoring, logging and observability stack (Elastic) • Design and operate encrypted backups: retention, rollover and restore validation • Deliver controlled, repeatable system updates and upgrades • Automate and script infrastructure (Bash) • Lead incident response and keep operational documentation current • Manage DNS and domains
