Role Description The Asso. Mgr., Digital Shelf Optimization is a high-impact role within the internal U.S. Consumer Experience (CX) Team for Kenvue Consumer Health brands and this position reports into the Senior Manager, Digital Shelf. - Deliver accelerated growth through execution of the end-to-end digital shelf consumer journey and continuously optimizing tactics for a seamless consumer experience that drives conversion. - Own end-to-end content creation process for Digital Shelf content optimizations, from identifying needs through content development to syndication to retailers. - Examples of content optimizations may include: - Updating carousel images and enhanced content - Conducting SEO refreshes for PDP copy - Creating mobile optimized images - Translate brand roadmap to develop digital shelf content strategies for fully coordinated campaigns and content experiences, and the corresponding assets that bring those narratives to life. - Create clear and detailed content briefs to hand off to agency partners to bring digital shelf roadmap to life. - Be expert in retailer requirements and develop scaled approach to deliver best-in-class digital shelf content across retailers. - Conduct retailer PDP content audits to identify content optimization opportunities and develop a roadmap for future optimizations. - Focus on increasing retailer content scores to ensure all necessary content is present, which feeds retailer algorithms leading to higher organic rankings. - Measure impact of content optimizations through A/B testing, AI tools, and analyzing performance metrics such as share of search, conversion rate, and organic traffic. - Continually assess real-time digital performance/content effectiveness to figure out what is/isn’t working and continuously adjust, add, or eliminate content to deliver on success metrics. - Update leadership on content performance, insights, and optimizations to ensure a continuous feedback loop to brand, customer teams and agency partners. - Partner with Digital Shelf Senior Manager to share results and findings and rapidly scale successful tests, within and across teams. - Take a comprehensive and strategic approach to storytelling, ensuring content and narrative approach is synchronized for a coordinated, engaging consumer experience. - Stay appraised of industry trends and external market/landscape to aid in the development and promotion of content consumers want. - Engage and partner with Brand, Market Research, and Sales teams broadly to stay up to date on the latest consumer insights, industry trends, competitive strategy, and customer objectives to proactively inform content strategies. - Partner closely with retail and syndication partners to deploy new workflows, technology, and partnerships, with a focus on technology to enable automation of routine tasks. - Create positive relationships with internal partners and creative agencies to drive a digital-first approach to develop assets. - Champion Agile methodology and ways of working to ensure focus on outcomes vs. activities. Qualifications - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. - A minimum of 3 years digital content creation experience (agency or client). - Self-starter with interpersonal, leadership, and teambuilding skills to form relationships and work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams and agencies. - Experience with Salsify, copy approval systems, and measurement tools. - Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize, delegate and deliver on time. - Able to analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights influencing the development of high impact solutions; able to assess which variables are getting results and link actions to business outcomes. - Able to use learning tools effectively to support decision making, e.g., A/B testing and experimentation. - Understanding of the integrated marketing experience and the role digital plays in the marketing mix. - Able to be a great teammate and individual contributor, and willing/eager to work in a hands-on capacity with creative people. - Exceptional writing, communication, presentation, and influence skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and present strategies, recommendations and results to team members and management. - Able to travel up to 10% (domestic). Requirements - Able to proactively take action in ambiguous situations. - Ownership mentality with curiosity to learn.
