Clinical Specialist

• Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our doctors • Working proactively to address any inquiries, complaints and adverse events arising among France and EMEA doctors • Providing clinical customer support in regards of treatment planning predictability and ORMCO APPROVER utilization • Working in collaboration with Marketing/Education teams to create clinical content materials, e-learnings, or training modules • Introduce the foundations of the product portfolio from a clinical standpoint and benefits of our solutions, ensuring effective utilization while escalating needs for additional training to the relevant stakeholders • Manage customer and internal inquiries submitted through internal platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service delivery

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in dentistry/medical/orthodontics
  • Knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanics highly preferred
  • Native level of the French language and fluent level of the English language are mandatory
  • Strong presentation skill, able to liaise with multiple KEs, doctors or business partners in the EMEA region
  • Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
