Your Mission Your role is to generate qualified appointments for our UK Sales and Lettings Valuers by speaking with homeowners, landlords and prospective clients. Every appointment you book has the potential to become a new property instruction, making you a vital part of our continued success. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Proactively contact homeowners considering selling their property. - Generate new landlord valuation appointments. - Generate residential sales valuation appointments. - Build relationships with self-managing landlords. - Follow up website enquiries and valuation requests. - Contact withdrawn, expired and previously marketed properties. - Re-engage previous clients and historic enquiries. - Qualify opportunities before booking appointments. - Manage your daily follow-up pipeline. - Maintain accurate CRM records after every conversation. - Send follow-up emails and information where appropriate. - Work closely with our UK Sales and Lettings teams. - Identify additional business development opportunities. - Consistently achieve agreed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
