Senior Customer Success Manager
6sense
• Actively managing the happiness and renewal of a portfolio of assigned 6sense customers • Partnering with a technical CSM to manage customer onboarding and product rollout • Working with global enterprise customers on 6sense adoption and ROI generation • Managing implementation projects and ensuring visibility into product performance • Assisting customers in promoting service adoption and measuring value • Identifying areas for additional customer growth and building customer advocates • Becoming an expert on the 6sense predictive engine to align with business goals • Advocating for customer product feature priorities internally • Partnering with sales for pre-sales support and demos • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience, ideally from a high tech or SaaS company
- Experience working with global 1000 enterprise customers
- Experience advising customers including CxOs on SaaS platform adoption
- Project leadership experience
- Familiarity with marketing tech stack such as Marketing Automation and CRM
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- BA/BS degree is required; Master’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel to customer sites (~30%)
