• Handling inbound and outbound comms. • Onboarding new children (and grown-ups) in to our Game Dev clubs. • Helping children get on to the platform, with common pre-session tech issues. • Assisting in the running of the online platform, including replying to messages from children. • Running live online clubs when needed.
