The CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) is responsible for increasing territory sales and relationship development with assigned customers and accounts by engaging in product promotion and determining the best strategies to manage their business. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following OR an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience: - Professional Sales or Promotional Activity - Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management - Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.) - Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal) - Full Time Military experience - Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory. - Valid US driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards. Role Description The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist is responsible for the preparation, submission, and tracking of client invoices, as well as supporting revenue recognition and cash collection processes within DIR’s government contracting environment. Role Description The Cisco EA Specialist owns the full quote lifecycle for ANM's Cisco Enterprise Agreements, covering net new EAs, recasts, and renewals. This role is responsible for building and validating Bills of Materials, managing the quoting process through Cisco's EA Management Portal (EAMP), and collaborating cross-functionally with Account Managers, CXMs, SAs, and CSRs to deliver accurate, competitive pricing to clients. Beyond quoting, the Cisco EA Specialist proactively manages EA true-forwards, leads key client touch points throughout the EA lifecycle, and serves as ANM's subject matter expert on Cisco EA program benefits, billing processes, and financial structures. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of EA product knowledge, financial acumen, and customer experience. What You Will Do - EA Quote Lifecycle (Net New EAs, Recasts & Renewals) - Partner with CXMs, SAs, AMs, and Cisco to validate each client's existing entitlement and desired future entitlement. - Build the Bill of Materials (BOM) in Cisco's EA Management Portal (EAMP), upload to the Deal ID, and submit for Cisco approval. - Capture the EAMP Proposal export and CCW quote export from the Cisco account manager. - Obtain the distribution quote and quality-check it against the BOM, the EAMP Proposal export, and the CCW quote. - Prepare ANM's EA Calculation Sheet and collaborate with the Account Manager on customer pricing. - Once pricing is set, partner with the CSR to build the Stratavar quote, clearly articulating all key financial details. - Build a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis comparing EA pricing to a la carte licensing, quantifying the financial benefits of the EA for the client. - Collaborate with ANM's proposals team to develop the customer-facing proposal. - Partner with the Account Manager to present the proposal to the client, serving as the subject matter expert on EA program benefits, the Bill of Materials, and ANM's billing processes. - Clearly communicate ANM's expectations around purchase orders, invoicing, and true-forwards, and identify any required exceptions upfront. - Clearly articulate the client's Not-to-Exceed (NTE) pricing and/or Fixed Discount terms. - EA True Forwards - Track all EA true-forwards and ensure expected true-forwards are quoted in advance. - Engage clients 90 to 120 days ahead of true-forward dates to review whether Cisco's Value Shift and/or Migration EA benefits could reallocate unused entitlement and reduce or eliminate true-forward costs. - Ensure true-forward POs are received in a timely manner to support on-time invoicing. - When an unexpected true-forward invoice is received, work with the CSR to create the opportunity, build the quote, process the order, and deliver a client-facing invoice with a clear explanation. - Ensure all true-forward disputes are submitted accurately and on time. - Client Touch Points - Lead EA client touch points across the engagement lifecycle, including new and renewed EA onboarding, consumption reviews, true-forward planning, and invoice reviews. - Partner with CXMs to scale client engagement, ensuring consistent and high-quality coverage across the EA portfolio. - Prepare data and materials for CXM delivery when appropriate, or engage directly with the end client as needed. - Cross Training - Cross-train in subscription renewal quoting and serve as a backup to the Subscription Renewal Specialist.
