Role Description We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Home Visit Co-Ordinator to support our growing Home Visits division. This role will involve: - Speaking directly with customers who have submitted enquiries about selling valuable items from their homes, including jewellery, antiques, watches, collectibles, and other high-value belongings. - Acting as the key point of contact between the customer and our field-based buyers. - Helping assess enquiries, arrange appointments, and manage booking schedules. - Coordinating and manually scheduling appointments for field-based buyers. - Managing and adjusting buyer schedules where appointments change or move. - Providing a professional, friendly, and reassuring customer experience throughout the process. - Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems. - Liaising closely with operational teams and buyers across the business. - Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and online platforms where required. - Supporting wider administrative tasks relating to the Home Visits division. Qualifications - A strong knowledge of jewellery, antiques, collectibles, and vintage items. - Previous experience within antiques, jewellery, pawnbroking, auctions, collectibles, or a related industry. - A confident and professional telephone manner. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - The ability to manage multiple bookings, schedules, and priorities at once. - A calm and adaptable approach in a fast-moving environment. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Confidence speaking with a wide variety of customers. - Good administrative and computer skills. - The ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly. - Previous customer service, scheduling, coordination, or office experience.
