• Perform venous blood collection as part of workplace health screening events • Provide friendly guidance and support to participants throughout the screening process • Provide brief, easy-to-understand explanations of the measurements performed and the health indicators collected, within your professional scope of practice • Support the delivery of additional health screening stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses, or lung function tests • Ensure a hygienic, professional, and well-organised on-site process • Prepare and clean the working area and required materials before and after each assignment • Collaborate closely with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events • Document relevant procedures in accordance with internal quality standards
Job Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification or healthcare-related degree officially recognised in Switzerland
- Alternatively, another recognised healthcare qualification, provided you are legally authorised to perform venous blood collection in Switzerland
- Practical experience in performing venous blood collection safely and independently
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional manner
- Confidence and enthusiasm when interacting with a wide range of people
- Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong awareness of hygiene, quality, and data protection requirements
- Willingness to travel to one-day or multi-day assignments at corporate client locations
- A valid driving licence is considered an advantage but is not mandatory
- Fluency in German, French, or Italian, depending on the assignment location
- Good English skills are considered an advantage
- Previous experience in health screenings, preventive healthcare, occupational health, or corporate health events is considered an advantage

Role Description We are seeking experienced Patient Engagement Specialists to join our Telehealth Services team. Our hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST (9:00am-6:00pm EST) compensated at a rate of $17.00 per hour, with no end date at this time. You will leverage CareTalk's platform, client systems, and specialized tools hosted in Amazon Workspaces to provide exceptional patient service through effective communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge. Handling a blend of outbound and inbound calls, you will: - Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure patient satisfaction. - Effectively communicate the benefits of a program to drive consumer action. - Support healthcare providers and patients through various tasks, including scheduling medical appointments, engaging in Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), managing documentation and record-keeping, and ensuring effective patient engagement and communication.
