Role Description Le déploiement du Pôle Fédératif des Soins Primaires à l’échelle régionale repose sur un enjeu central : passer d’une dynamique académique à une véritable structuration territoriale opérationnelle. Le poste d’animateur.trice territorial.e répond précisément à ce besoin. L’animateur.trice territorial.e constitue un levier opérationnel indispensable pour : - mobiliser les professionnels de santé (MSP, CPTS, centres de santé, libéraux), - structurer un réseau territorial engagé dans des activités universitaires, - accompagner concrètement les dynamiques de formation et de recherche au plus près des lieux d’exercice. Il/elle permet de traduire les orientations stratégiques du PFSP en actions concrètes sur les territoires. La mission de l’animateur.trice sera donc d’assurer le déploiement territorial du PFSP, en mobilisant les professionnels de santé autour d’activités universitaires (formation et recherche), afin de renforcer l’attractivité des territoires et l’universitarisation des soins primaires. Le poste est placé sous la responsabilité fonctionnelle conjointe du coordonnateur pédagogique (volet formation) du pôle et du coordonnateur recherche (volet recherche). L’animateur territorial participera à leur côté aux activités suivantes : - Animation du réseau territorial - Déploiement du volet formation - Déploiement du volet recherche - Contribution à l’attractivité territoriale Qualifications - Versant : Fonction publique d’État - Type de recrutement : Catégorie C, contractuel·le, CDD 1an (article L.332-3 du CGFP) - Formation et/ou qualification : Un profil administratif avec une expérience limitée est envisagé, mais une expérience (en stage ou lors d’une première expérience) dans le suivi de projet sera appréciée. - Expériences antérieures bienvenues pour occuper le poste : La connaissance de l’environnement des acteurs de soins primaires et des acteurs de prévention (MSP, autres) sera appréciée. - Le poste est un poste adapté pour un profil junior souhaitant développer une expérience dans le champ de l’accompagnement de projets en soins primaires et au contact d’équipes de soins primaires.
