Title: Change Management Consultant Location: Dallas Texas United States Fully Remote Full time Consulting On Demand Talent About This Role RGP is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support clients through large-scale ERP and technology-driven transformations, including SAP, Oracle, and Workday environments. In this role, you will guide organizations through complex change by focusing on the people, process, and systems impacts that accompany enterprise-wide initiatives. What You Will Work On - Lead organizational change management efforts across major ERP and technology transformation programs. - Develop OCM milestones and dependencies, and align on the operating cadence with the squad/project team. - Create the vision for change, identify key stakeholders, and develop a high-level stakeholder engagement plan. - Conduct high-level change impact assessments and translate them into detailed, actionable impact documentation. - Collaborate closely with product owners and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the change lifecycle. - Develop and execute communication plans, including crafting an executive communication strategy for senior leadership. - Design and analyze training needs, develop the training strategy, and oversee execution to ensure successful end-user adoption. - Build communication, engagement, and readiness plans that support smooth transitions across impacted functions. - Leverage established change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) to apply best practices while tailoring approaches to client context. - Monitor change readiness, manage resistance, and provide coaching to leaders and project teams. - Track and report change metrics to ensure sustainability and effective adoption post-launch. What You Will Bring - Experience in Organizational Change Management supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. - Hands-on experience with major ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Workday strongly preferred). - Strong understanding of change management methodologies, such as Prosci/ADKAR (Prosci certification is a plus but not required). - Ability to collaborate closely with product owners, project managers, and business stakeholders to align on change plans and drive execution. - Experience developing OCM deliverables, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training plans.
