• Design, build, and operate highly scalable platform services that improve the reliability and performance of the CRE platform. • Lead the development of production-grade backend services and APIs that support multiple internal stakeholders and platform consumers. • Drive architectural improvements that enable both vertical and horizontal platform scaling. • Improve workflow execution durability and platform resilience through thoughtful engineering, rigorous testing, and operational excellence. • Partner with engineering teams across the organization to deliver cross-functional platform initiatives from architectural design through production deployment. • Strengthen platform ownership by reducing operational silos, improving documentation, and increasing shared knowledge across the engineering organization. • Contribute to improving platform reliability through engineering practices aligned with service reliability objectives and measurable operational outcomes.

• Owning the design and evolution of the architecture for a strategically critical product area, making the calls that shape scalability, security, and maintainability for years • Leading transformational architecture work: real-time matching at scale, resilient event-driven services, and the CI/CD and observability foundations that make them dependable • Setting and raising engineering standards, and mentoring and growing the engineers around you • Partnering closely with other engineers, ML data scientists, and specialists to turn complex identity problems into working products, and driving cross-functional alignment with product and dependency teams • Building scalable, maintainable APIs and event-driven services that other teams and external customers depend on

• Design, develop, and unit test custom extensions within IFS Cloud using the IFS Developer Studio and extensibility framework. • Build and maintain integrations between IFS Cloud and third-party systems in line with approved integration specifications. • Develop custom reports, layouts, and dashboards within IFS Cloud to meet client business requirements. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in line with ICAU's development standards and IFS Cloud best practice. • Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback, to maintain consistent code quality across the team. • Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified during SIT, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare support. • Support version control discipline and release packaging for custom development components. • Work closely with Systems Engineers to understand configuration context and ensure custom development integrates cleanly with platform configuration. • Escalate technical blockers, design ambiguity, or scope concerns to the Software Architect in a timely manner. • Maintain technical documentation for developed components, including design notes, test evidence, and deployment instructions.

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance responsive, user-friendly MDC web application capabilities using ReactJS and modern JavaScript tooling, including Vite or similar build tooling. • Develop and integrate server-side services and REST APIs using NodeJS; ExpressJS experience is preferred. • Write clean, secure, testable, and well-documented code; perform peer code reviews and contribute to technical debt reduction. • Develop and optimize Microsoft SQL Server queries, views, stored procedures, and related data-access components to support application functions, integrations, and reporting needs. • Participate in software design and architecture discussions, translating functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, reliable application solutions. • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, testers, data teams, and infrastructure partners using tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Create, maintain, and improve automated build, test, and deployment pipelines that support reliable MDC releases. • Manage source control, branching, pull-request, and release practices using Git and GitHub or Bitbucket. • Lead and coordinate deployments across Development, Test, Staging, and Production environments, including release-readiness checks, deployment validation, rollback planning, and post-deployment verification. • Improve repeatability and consistency across environments by documenting and automating build, configuration, and deployment processes where practical. • Monitor and support the MDC application and supporting services to maintain availability, reliability, performance, and user productivity. • Review application, server, database, and system logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues; provide timely support during incidents, outages, and escalations. • Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions that reduce recurrence and improve application resiliency, observability, and supportability.
