Role Description Du gewinnst aktiv neue B2B-Kunden im Bereich digitaler Lösungen (Fokus: Hersteller). - Du baust deine eigene Pipeline auf, strukturiert, ambitioniert und mit klarem Plan. - Du nutzt vorqualifizierte Leads als Sprungbrett und entwickelst daraus echte Deals. - Du steuerst den kompletten Sales Cycle vom qualifizierten Erstgespräch bis zum Abschluss auf C-Level. - Du erkennst Chancen früh, überzeugst Entscheider und bringst Vertriebschancen konsequent zum Abschluss. Qualifications - Du bist ein echter Hunter: abschlussstark und zielorientiert. - Du hast Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb (idealerweise SaaS oder erklärungsbedürftige Lösungen), hast nachweislich eigene Pipelines aufgebaut und Deals gewonnen. - Du arbeitest strukturiert, KPI-orientiert und nutzt etablierte Sales-Methodiken. - Du gehst proaktiv auf Kunden zu und bleibst dran, bis der Abschluss steht. - Du trittst souverän auf, auch auf C-Level. - Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast ein gutes Gespür für Business-Potenziale. - Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
