Job Title: QA Automation Job Location: Remote - Milwaukee, WI Duration: 6 to 12 Months Contract Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Cucumber for web-based payment applications. - Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for payment systems. - Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and report defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of payment processes. - Participate in requirements analysis and provide feedback to stakeholders regarding testability and potential risks. - Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data. - Perform root cause analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process. - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and payment regulations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing. - Proven expertise in test automation using Selenium or Cucumber. - Strong knowledge of payment systems, including Wires, ACH, SWIFT, and Fedwire. - Knowledge of ISO messages (e.g., Pacs.008, Pain.001, Camt.054, FTH, FTR Formats, etc.) is a plus. - Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Payment industry certifications (e.g., AAP, CTP) are a plus.
