• Create and maintain structured technical content using DITA/XML in AEM Guides • Translate complex technical information into modular, reusable content components • Apply retrieval-aware authoring practices to improve content discoverability and reuse • Manage content lifecycle activities including versioning, publishing, archival, and retirement • Work with AEM Guides and AEM Sites for content authoring, publishing, and lifecycle management. • Define and maintain metadata, taxonomy, and classification frameworks across DAM systems • Develop Python-based automation for content processing, validation, and workflow optimization • Integrate API and LLM-based services to support content tagging, summarization, and retrieval • Support content ingestion and migration, ensuring structure and metadata alignment. • Ensure adherence to content governance, standards, and best practices. • Optimize content and metadata for search, retrieval, and reuse across DAM systems.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Application of technical writing practices using DITA, XML, and structured authoring concepts such as topics, maps, and reuse mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python programming for automation and system integration
- Experience of Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
- Experience of AEM Sites for content authoring and publishing workflows
- Experience of Adobe Edge Delivery Services
- Exposure to LLM APIs or service-based integrations
- Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including content modeling, metadata, taxonomy, and organization principles
- Knowledge of cloud/SaaS documentation environments
- Basic understanding of retrieval-based concepts (e.g., RAG).
