• Senior Product Manager serves as an experienced individual contributor within a team, with the expectation that you will further develop your leadership, guidance and mentoring skills. • With minimal oversight from leadership, you will be responsible for supporting the goal of meeting scope, schedule and delivery requirements. • A Senior Product Manager impacts the long-term goals of the program, while contributing to the development of the programs product management practice. • You may serve as the disciplines primary lead when working with stakeholders and utilize strong influential skills to drive improvements in product management processes and practices. • Strong influential skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Serves as a mentor and coach to other team members • Leads cross functional efforts for delivery team members and team leads; may serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders • Primarily focused on program and delivery strategy, but also supports tactical assignments • Considered an expert with agile methodologies; ability to lead cross-functionally and deliver based upon requirements • Leads a cross-functional team to deliver new products given the mission and goals of the customer. • Works with a client/product owner to shape the vision and strategy for a product or program and adopt more iterative and outcome-driven ways of working • Shapes the vision and narrative for the product by developing artifacts, like roadmaps; with the goal of instilling a shared purpose and metrics to define success • Works with customers to develop strategies that focus on the highest value outcomes for the program given goals, needs, and constraints • Successfully advocates for user needs and lean methods when setting priorities and managing tradeoffs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience or Masters degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ years experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated mastery of Agile/SAFe methodologies and best practices.
  • Expert proficiency in Jira configuration, dependency tracking, and backlog management.
  • Deep familiarity with the Databricks platform.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML deployment, including Model Serving, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector indexing, and AI observability.
  • Comfortable creating technical documentation, and directly testing systems or platforms alongside engineering teams.
