• Provides direct, engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students daily • Provides targeted, personalized feedback using a variety of techniques • Differentiates instruction based on student level of mastery • Schedules time daily to access learning management system and review student progress and grade submitted assignments • Creates a welcoming class environment adhering to course set-up and management guidelines • Actively learns and engages in curriculum • Analyzes student data and identifies appropriate actions that improve student achievement • Supports in-class facilitators with classroom management, curricular and instructional issues, as well as basic troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment

• Support the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction; • Complete all grading, create progress reports and conduct learning coach conferences in a timely manner; • Communicate with learning coaches, students and other teachers frequently to develop and update Personal Learning Plans and schedules, score assessments, provide feedback on student work, suggest instructional approaches and strategies, monitor completion of assignments and coach special projects; • Develop a general knowledge of the entire program’s curriculum and a very detailed knowledge of the courses for which responsible; • Review curriculum and devise alternate approaches to presenting lessons to increase student understanding (working directly with students and learning coaches); • Communicate regularly with learning coaches, students, and team teachers through use of computer and telephone; • Work collaboratively with other teachers to ensure that all students are successfully progressing through the program, that parents have a central point of contact, and that tasks are distributed among the teachers; • Keep student records and data up-to-date, including Data Views, cumulative files, online student and family information, attendance accounting, and logging all student and learning coach contacts; • Attend field trips and other community activities implemented for students and families; • Participate in the organization and administration of State Testing, as directed; • Build effective relationships with learning coaches and students through regular communication and availability; • Other duties as assigned.

• Remotely teach at least 1 AP subject course to a small class of students. • Deliver 2-3 hours of live instruction + office hours each week during the academic year. • Craft engaging asynchronous learning activities and assignments to help students stay ahead of the pace and successfully make it through all AP course content. • Utilize our LMS (Canvas) and video conferencing platform (BigBlueButton) to deliver all live instruction, course content, assessments, and communication. • Deliver instruction using your own proven methods and materials within the confines of the AP course guides.

• Planning, preparing, and teaching online lessons (45 minutes each) for corporate clients. • Deliver private lessons that include both language teaching and personalised coaching - conducting needs analyses, assessing levels, creating bespoke learning paths, checking progress during lesson time, and setting clear goals. • Teach online group classes that focus on active learning and communication.
