• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through stabilization • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, scope, risks, and customer deliverables • Coordinate internal and customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives • Serve as the primary project management contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders • Facilitate project meetings, establish clear expectations, communicate progress, and drive timely decisions • Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies • Prepare customer status reports, executive updates, and Steering Committee presentations • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and implementation artifacts across project management platforms • Track project milestones and ensure deliverables and phase exit criteria are completed • Execute a standardized implementation methodology to deliver predictable, high-quality customer outcomes • Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve delivery through standardization, automation, and best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- 1+ year of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Comfortable leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Experience working with global customers and geographically distributed teams
- Familiarity with change management and customer adoption best practices
- Experience in Service Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Enterprise Software implementations is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25%
