Job Description

AMI Program Manager – Curriculum, Programming, Digital Lead

AbbVie

• Responsible for managing all aspects of designated national and/or regional educational programs envisioned by the AMI Lead • Develop assigned program concepts into detailed program executional plans • Create a field targeting plan for the advanced and faculty HCP injector profile • Work directly with Sales and Marketing managers on assigned programs • Liaise with IMCO and EUCAN to leverage specific assigned program content • Act as on-site lead for assigned live or virtual programs • Create relevant KPI’s for assigned programs • Under supervision of the Lead, create and lead the implementation of AMI content • Drive campaigns to enhance registrations for AMI Online through SFMC • Track, analyze and provide insight on AMI Online course usage • Optimize the offering on the portal via webinars, curricula, and trends analysis • Monthly reporting of assigned components of AMI budget • Work directly with Medical and Regulatory stakeholders to garner approvals

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in science, business or related disciplines
  • Proven track record of success within a commercial, medical or education sector within the aesthetics industry
  • Continuing Professional Development course through CCPE preferred; Certification in CHE/CPD (CCPE)
  • Experience in Health Education is an asset.
  • Experience working with agencies is an asset.
  • Strong organization and prioritization ability, overall project
  • Proficient in Canva, SFMC, and digital platforms
  • Confidence in working closely with Key Opinion Leaders/Faculty in aesthetics, local & international.
  • Ability to lead projects independently with a problem-solving mentality
  • Demonstrated skills in tactical program development
  • Knowledge of various Ethical /IMC, CMA, standards, dynamics and environment
  • Strength in cross-functional collaboration where multiple stakeholders are involved
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task managing simultaneous projects
  • Confident working a matrix environment with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Bilingual (French) an asset
