We are constantly on the look-out for outstanding consultants with varying types of expertise and knowledge who are passionate about uncovering, untangling, and tackling the biggest challenges facing the industry. - Utilize Huron tools, methodologies, and best practices in the selection, planning, and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions. - Responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting, and client interface/presentations. - Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. - Gain valuable, hands-on consulting experience and world-class training and development that translates to career growth. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience. - 3+ years experience as a technical developer; experience with cloud implementations and integrations; end-to-end implementation experience; experience with Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA). Groovy scripting preferred but not required. - 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users. - Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams. - Effective oral and written communication skills. - Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision. - A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies. - Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset. - Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams. - Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams. - Flexible living locations in the U.S. Requirements - The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000-$130,000. - The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. - This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. - Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600-$153,400. - The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
