Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in senior cloud engineering roles; high-tech, global environment preferred
- Experience with public cloud platforms, both console and API (GCP preferred).
- Experience automating cloud solutions (e.g., applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data).
- Experience developing in Go, Python and Shell/Bash.
- Strong knowledge of system design to manage operational and reliability trade-offs.
- Practical understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum.
- Demonstrated technical experience in software development and operations, developing infrastructure as code
- Highly adaptable and able to pivot based on prioritization and needs of the business; proactively solicits and delivers feedback to ensure alignment.
- An articulate and professional communicator with the ability to provide clear, concise messaging (verbal and written) to multiple audiences
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to coordinate input from multiple sources to develop impactful recommendations to achieve results for the business.
