• Provide fuel cell service during field visit dispatches • Operate a service vehicle safely • Create daily workflows for oneself from a list of scheduled tasks ( regularly assigned to work autonomously ) • Manage on-site preventative maintenance, repair, test, and diagnostic tasks • Follow company procedures and protocols • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine/implement proper solutions • Cooperate with a technical team and share information across the organization • Comprehend and follow customer access requirements • Maintain service vehicle and spare part inventory • Maintain/build positive relationships with customers • Produce timely and detailed service reports as required • Other responsibilities as assigned • Required to reside within the Service District

• Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers in implementing and optimizing TEVET’s Liberty Product Line • Help customers effectively implement and optimize TEVET’s Liberty Product Line • Conduct demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers • Represent TEVET at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events

• Responsible for post-sales support to clients. • Provide technical and operational training. • Test, adjust, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and install CNC machining equipment. • Plan and coordinate activities with clients. • Examine machinery and converse with equipment Operators to detect problems. • Analyze information to determine root causes and recommend repairs or upgrades. • Advise management regarding equipment defects and product performance.

• Responsible for post-sales support to clients. • Provide technical and operational training, test, adjust, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and install CNC machining equipment, peripherals, and upgrades. • Plan and coordinate activities concerned with installing, repairing, and upgrading equipment. • Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment. • Analyze information to determine root causes and recommend repairs or corrective actions. • Advise management and factory engineers regarding equipment defects and suggestions for improvement.
