Senior Resource Management Associate

• Intake and coordinate staffing requirements with business leaders for client engagements in your assigned team • Own and manage project staffing by understanding project requirements and employee skillsets • Develop proficiency in the resource management planning tool • Monitor pipeline, track demands from sold projects and participate in the forecasting process • Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality on sensitive employment matters and performance history of staff

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of related experience in resource management, HR, talent acquisition or staffing required; professional services experience strongly preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets and SharePoint is preferred, but not required
  • Strong technical skills with the demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships of trust and confidence quickly
