Job Description

Yardi Support Specialist

Sentral

• Monitor and respond to all incoming Yardi support tickets within one hour of SLA. • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently, providing clear communication to requestors throughout the process. • Escalate unresolvable issues to Yardi vendor support with detailed, well-documented cases and manage them through to resolution. • Yardi training to users based on recurring ticket submissions to mitigate on go forward. • Audit and maintain user access on an ongoing basis, deactivating accounts for departing employees in a timely manner. • Manage department-level changes as the organization evolves, including activating and inactivating departments as needed. • Configure property lists and system settings for each newly onboarded asset so properties appear correctly across all relevant views, reports, and modules from transition day. • Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to build and maintain custom reports tailored to Sentral’s needs. • Execute the full Yardi shutdown process for properties being dispositioned, ensuring a clean system handoff.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience in a multifamily residential environment, with demonstrated breadth across platform modules
  • Deep, working knowledge across the full Yardi platform, including leasing & residential (Voyager, RentCafe, screening, lease execution, renewals); marketing (ILS feeds, listings, pricing, availability syncs); accounting & finance (GL, AR/AP, CAM reconciliations, bank syncs); maintenance (work orders, vendor setup, inspections); reporting (custom reports including AR aging); and system administration (users, roles, departments, property lists, corp/CPall groups)
  • Experience managing department structures and consolidated reporting groups (corporate and CPall) in Yardi
  • Experience configuring property lists and system settings during new asset onboarding and transitions
  • Experience setting up properties, units, and marketing configurations from scratch, ideally in a transition or acquisition context
  • Proven ability to manage user access and role-based permissions with an understanding of security best practices
  • Proven ability to prioritize and respond to support requests under SLA-type time constraints
  • Strong written communication skills for ticket documentation, escalations, and cross-team coordination
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
