Contract Specialist – Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research

WashU IT

• Serves as the liaison between University stakeholders and companies, major foundations and non-profit entities, and government agencies. • Manages the contract portfolio of departments and schools. • Drafts and negotiates clinical research agreements, laboratory agreements, and other types of contracts. • Advises faculty and staff on issues affecting contractual relationships. • Reviews contract and agency guidelines to safeguard the interests of the university. • Evaluates risk associated with transactions and agreements. • Maintains electronic records that are consistent and current.

Role Description We are looking for a (Junior) Research Executive (m/f/d) with a passion for market research operations, data, and insights to join our Research Team in France. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of market research projects, ensuring high-quality delivery from questionnaire setup to fieldwork monitoring. You will work closely with Research Consultants, supporting them in delivering impactful insights to clients while building a strong foundation across all steps of the research process.
