• Designs systems and deliverables to deliver innovative and impactful digital UX solution storytelling, under general direction. • Assesses specialized, functional areas to determine strategies for enhancing digital user experience storytelling. • Works with teams to develop presentation and motion graphic media using their complex UX designs and prototypes to share the progress of their work integrating theoretical concepts into practical solutions. • Creates and enhances the user experience of digital products and services storytelling, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. • Utilizes specialized UX design storytelling knowledge and experience to influence strategic decision-making related to the enhancement and optimization of digital user experiences. • Assists in the management of digital UX storytelling projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are completed within the established parameters. • Implements processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in digital UX design storytelling. • Coaches and mentors junior-level designers to help create intuitive and user-centered digital storytelling experiences.

Role Description As we continue to elevate GA’s engineered solutions, it is essential to recognize the pivotal role our Electrical Panels play, not only as the core of our technology and solution performance, but also as a strategic lever for competitiveness. Grid Automation (GA) is looking for the transformation of its Panels End-to-End process with a Design For X approach (Design for Quality, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Automation, Design for Circularity, Design for Serviceability). This is an ambitious project covering the full value chain: win, design, buy, build and execute. The project will use the planned Salt Lake City panel facility as one of the pilots to implement the transformation. GA is hiring the Global Transformation Leader for its Panel Design for X approach. - Organize, structure and lead the overall transformation project and strategy - Validate and develop ROI (Return on Investment) - Manage budget, planning, staffing, stakeholders, communication in and outside the project team, define milestones and PPI/KPI - Set measure and targets for the transformation project execution, and transformation effectiveness against expected ROI and SQDC - Prepare steering committee and executive communication - Engage with the lean team to prepare and co-lead kaizens - Develop the plan, the needed process, documentation, governance and change management to allow to deploy the transformation in all GA Regions, and sustain the change - Pilot in selected GA Regions the defined transformations as soon as it is available - Arrange the specific interactions with the Salt Lake City project team to deploy the transformation in line with the Region (NAM) business challenges - Apply lean concepts, and leverage state of the art technology, tool and process in the domain of DFX, AI and R&A (Robotics & Automation) Qualifications - Proven experience in engineering and industrial transformation project - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with strong electrical specialization - Understanding and experience of low voltage electrical business, preferably protection and control of electrical substations - Strong Project Management expertise and demonstrated capability - Proven experience managing cross-functional technical projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment - Ability to work effectively with software developers, data teams, production teams and engineers as both a domain expert and product owner - Demonstrated change leadership and the ability to drive adoption of new tools and workflows across experienced engineering teams - AI and R&A mindset and sufficient knowledge, with preferred expertise with some experience of implantation - Ability to travel between 50% - 80% Desired Qualifications - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences - Lean acumen Location - Can be fully remote.
