Role Description At Fearless, we are seeking a Senior Database Administrator as part of our Senior Consultant, Engineering and Technical Services career path to provide technical leadership for enterprise database systems supporting federal law enforcement and investigative operations. This role serves as the database architect for production, development, testing, and disaster recovery environments while supporting critical data migration activities. You will manage the administration, security, optimization, and lifecycle of Microsoft SQL Server databases that enable mission-critical investigative systems serving the federal government. This role is fully remote. This Senior Consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams to align the technical vision, implementation, and quality of software systems across development, reliability, testing, and operations. Role Description The Principal Database Administrator – Oracle is responsible for the architecture, reliability, performance, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise Oracle database platforms. The Principal DBA will lead complex database initiatives, guide other DBAs, establish best practices, and work closely with infrastructure, application, security, and data platform teams to ensure Oracle environments are stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
