Senior Power BI Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI. • Create and optimize complex data models, DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs. • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. • Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and performance across all reporting solutions. • Optimize reports, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 11–15 years of overall IT experience
  • Expertise in Business Intelligence and Analytics
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

In this fully remote role, you will support impactful healthcare data initiatives that drive improved patient outcomes and operational performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Epic reporting, data modeling, and SQL, and excels at turning complex data into actionable insights.
