Talan
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders • Model and transform data to ensure performance and usability (ETL / data modeling) • Integrate Power BI solutions with AWS-based data pipelines • Develop and maintain Python microservices for data processing (when required) • Optimize queries, datasets, and report performance • Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions • Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability of BI solutions
Job Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role
- Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report design)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (especially Lambda or serverless architectures)
- Solid Python skills, ideally applied to data processing or microservices
- Experience working with relational databases and data transformation
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver end-to-end BI solutions

Role Description We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer II to join a growing BI team. In this fully remote role, you will support impactful healthcare data initiatives that drive improved patient outcomes and operational performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Epic reporting, data modeling, and SQL, and excels at turning complex data into actionable insights.
