Role Description This role is contingent with a projected start date of 1 OCT 2026. Remote Position. The DevSecOps Engineer is part of a skilled IT team that will work independently and collectively with other engineers to identify and test potential enhancements and resolve technical issues with the rapid scaling into production of a logistics middleware application. Essential Functions: - Perform software integration tasks, including scripting, systems analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation. - Provide support to technical writers and testers, manage configuration and system maintenance, utilize source code control to track and safeguard changes to the codebase, and apply software updates. - Collaboratively design, develop, and implement custom ETL scripts while supporting software products as required. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across the entire pipeline. - Engage directly with customers to create ingestion feeds for unique systems, demonstrating the ability to devise solutions with minimal prior documentation or details about these systems. - Perform infrastructure management functions, including designing, architecting, and implementing scalable infrastructure across multiple networks and application nodes using DevSecOps practices. - Oversee containerization efforts with tools such as HELM and Kubernetes and manage orchestration processes. - Upgrade and migrate applications to containerized environments to enable scalability and transition to a microservices architecture. - Document infrastructure administration, including creation, management, and decommissioning procedures. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Knowledge of DevSecOps processes including Infrastructure as Code using HELM. - Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration, including networking, using Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes. - Experience with the full DataOps lifecycle including ingestion and ETL processes into databases. - Linux System administration knowledge: know the Linux command line, service management, software configuration concepts in lieu of virtual machine constraints. - Ability to convert data and fix malformed data. This requires an understanding of XML, JSON, and regular expressions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Professional manner and a strong ethical code. - Exceptional time management and ability to multitask. Requirements - A bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in performing similar or related work is required. Four years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. - Two years' experience may be substituted for a degree. - Must be able to work 9-5 PM EST Monday-Friday as these are the customer’s core support hours. - Possible prolonged periods of stationary work. - Full-time position. - Less than 5% travel. - Secret clearance required for this role. • Support multiple engineering projects across AI-powered applications, SaaS platforms, and cloud-native solutions • Build services, APIs, automation and internal tools • Run cloud infrastructure, deployments, observability and production operations • Deploy and troubleshoot ECS Fargate workloads, including task definitions, services, load balancers, IAM roles, logs, scaling and deployment behavior • Handle IAM, least privilege, secrets, logs, metrics, alarms, failed deployments, configuration issues, networking problems and runtime incidents

• Support the migration of existing products to a modern updater platform that leverages the latest updater technologies and tooling, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems. • Drive the adoption of efficient, scalable, and maintainable update and installation workflows to improve release reliability and operational efficiency. • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to support the build, packaging, and release of new applications. • Provide guidance on release readiness and best practices, and assist with troubleshooting build and deployment issues. • Ensure releases meet established quality, reliability, and customer experience standards. • Enable seamless transitions from development to customer availability, contributing to faster time to market and improved product delivery.

• Design, write and deliver software to implement and support large web-scale, highly-performant, highly-available infrastructure on GCP/AWS (e.g. Terraform) • Monitor infrastructure, respond to incidents, correct and improve systems to prevent incidents, and plan capacity • Support system deployments and product releases • Tune large-scale clusters for optimal performance and efficiency • Work closely with engineering, project management, and operational peers to develop innovative technical tools and solutions • Participation in on-call rotation
