Sr Systems Analyst

Role Description Sr. Systems Analyst will be responsible for helping to build, optimize, drive enhancements and maintain mission critical applications that allow our business partners to proactively manage business processes. This individual, working under minimal general supervision as an individual contributor, will be expected to: - Partner with others in designing and estimating development efforts based on high level requirements. - Evaluate functional and technical problems. - Work effectively with business and technical subject matter experts, other systems analysts, developers, quality assurance analysts, and third party vendors ensuring that deliverables are met. What you will do: - Translate user requirements, write technical specifications, and work closely with development resources on use cases, flowcharts, and technical design. - Participate in large system implementations. - Accurately estimate and deliver assigned tasks. - Analyze and streamline business processes through appropriate tools and methods. - Help support developers and testers during system development to understand requirements. - Provide procedural and technical guidance to the team to address the technical specifications. - Help troubleshoot and perform problem resolution on most difficult problems. - Utilize systems analysis and design tools and methodologies across multiple platforms. - Help mentor associates; influence the SA community to create and apply best practices. Qualifications - 5-8 years of cumulative, relevant experience. - High school diploma required.
