Role Description Korn Ferry is searching for a remote Senior Reporting Analyst who will support multiple RPO clients. Experience within an RPO or in talent acquisition/HR reporting highly preferred. - The Senior Reporting Analyst will be part of a global team and responsible for the delivery of client specific reporting and analysis to both internal and external stakeholders. - You will be an account lead for the reporting team and liaise with Korn Ferry management as well as client stakeholders, providing additional oversight and consultancy on the accounts which you support. - Develop and maintain ongoing reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process using data from applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, TalentLink) and Korn Ferry’s internal data warehouse. - Deliver regular reports such as weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI. - Interpret and analyze data in order to identify important trends, measure performance against goals, alert stakeholders to any issues and suggest areas for improvement to ensure goals are met. - Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by internal and external stakeholders. - Proactively audit data, highlight any variances to the business and help improve data quality. - Help to continually improve data management, suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs. - Operate as a coach and teacher for more junior reporting analysts, providing support when needed. - Demonstrate ownership of account reporting, but capable of delegating tasks. Qualifications - 5+ years of data reporting experience - Very strong desire for Recruiter, Talent Acquisition or H.R. metrics and KPI reporting experience - 3+ years of Excel knowledge (e.g. Pivot Tables, Graphs, VLOOKUP) - 2+ years of Power BI knowledge (e.g. Power Query, DAX, visualization) highly preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to engage and consult with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams - Capability to manipulate, visualize and present data in an understandable way - Project Management skills - High attention to detail - High School diploma; 4-year degree preferred

• Under general supervision, provides advanced level data and work assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise. • Provides advanced level analysis in order to support and enhance overall department workflow, customer service, improvement and work quality. • Subject Matter expert for assigned functions. • Provides assessment and recommendations to management. Responsible for preparing reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for use by management. • Resolves data driven issues arising from internal department functions, or as identified by leadership. • Serves as department stakeholder regarding system issues and enhancements. Manages and tracks issues to resolution within department and in partnership with other groups. • Serves as Primary Subject Matter expert regarding 3p Supplier Integration. Including but not limited to tracking, onboarding, maintaining and reporting. • Assists with special projects within assigned department or as part of cross-functional teams as required or assigned. • Monitors department processes and work flow to ensure overall accuracy and quality of data and work output. • Determines areas of risk as new or changed processes are implemented. • Recommends changes, updates and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise. • Evaluates current training methods and materials for assigned group, and recommend improvements. Reviews and creates training as needed. • Provides guidance, support and training to VOPs analysts on and offshore. • Other duties as instructed by Senior Business Analyst.

• Collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure that client requests are executed accurately and efficiently • Address any potential client configuration concerns that may arise • Form relationships with key client partners through a consultative approach to fully understand clinical components of client benefit plan design • Translate client requirements into operational formats for CVS Health teams such as Clinical Configuration, Quality Analysis and Testing • Facilitate internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and make decisions relative to client benefit setup
