Charter Sales Broker – Independent Contractor

• Source and develop new charter clients through your network, referrals, and independent outreach • Respond to inquiries, assess trip needs, and recommend the right aircraft and solution • Prepare and present charter quotes, terms, and agreements with confidence • Close charter sales and manage the client journey through confirmation • Coordinate with internal and third-party operations teams on availability and pricing • Maintain accurate lead and deal records in our CRM • Stay current on market pricing, aircraft availability, and competitive offerings • Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and long-term client relationships
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in charter sales, brokerage, or corporate aviation sales
- Strong knowledge of aircraft categories and mission suitability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to generate your own leads
- High-performance attitude with a client-first approach
- Familiarity with charter contracts, deposits, and industry best practices
- Existing book of business preferred but not required.
