Junior Sales Engineer
Chryso Saint-Gobain Brasil
• Prospect new clients and develop commercial opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector; • Provide technical support and conduct commercial negotiations with clients and prospects for all potential SKUs applicable to a project profile; • Present and sell the company's products to designers, contractors, applicators, consultants, etc., demonstrating product features, benefits and correct application; • Advise clients on optimal technical solutions, exceeding expectations and strengthening relationships; • Identify all stakeholders in the value chain for Saint-Gobain product sales and act to specify and sell the products; • Conduct on-site visits for prospecting, technical support and commercial follow-up; • Meet or exceed the sales targets defined in the annual regional objectives; • Promote the company's products and brand to stakeholders such as clients, professional associations, universities, consultants and laboratories; • Oversee and perform product application tests at client sites; • Perform post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and correct application and use of products; • Update opportunity statuses and activities in Salesforce CRM on a weekly basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience: 2–3+ years in sales — an advantage
- Knowledge of and/or experience working in construction or its value chain
- Availability to travel
