Role Description Isuzu North America Corporation (INAC) seeks a VP Corporate Development INAC & VP Corporate Planning ICTA to conduct and oversee competitive benchmarking, industry research, and market trend analysis. Responsibilities include: - Staying informed of market developments to identify and seize new opportunities. - Formulating short-, medium-, and long-term business plans while continuously monitoring the business environment. - Identifying business trends and areas for improvement to inform operational and strategic decisions. - Managing the company's strategic alliances and partnerships, including collaborations with General Motors and Cummins. - Establishing objectives and navigating challenges to achieve alignment with overall corporate objectives. - Translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership. - Leading the development and execution of strategic plans for the Company. - Managing the annual strategic planning cycle, including goal setting, initiative prioritization, and progress tracking. - Maintaining and updating multi-year financial models and conducting scenario planning to assess potential risks and opportunities. - Developing clear, concise, and insightful presentations for the executive team and board of directors. - Serving as a thought partner to senior executives, offering analytical support and strategic recommendations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. - Fifteen (15) years of experience in the job offered or as a Strategy Consultant, Business Planner, or related occupation. - Experience in Infrastructure Technology solutions, DevOps, or cloud technologies. - Fluency in Japanese. - Experience in the automotive sector to develop company strategy. - Experience with long-range corporate planning and market forecasting. - Experience with financial modeling and business analytics. - Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools. - Experience with M&A evaluation. Requirements - Remote work permitted pursuant to company’s Work Hours Policy. - Pay for this position is $215,274 to $285,237, determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Role Description Due to our continued growth, we are hiring a VP of Science and AI to join our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will occupy a unique, high-impact position that bridges executive scientific advisory with scalable technical implementation. In this role, you will serve as a primary, trusted advisor to senior leadership at L7’s most strategic enterprise accounts—such as Eli Lilly and Cargill—ensuring our platform aligns deeply with their overarching business objectives and scientific goals. As the strategic point of contact for these marquee accounts, you will look holistically at their operational landscapes to identify expansion and upsell opportunities, seamlessly aligning with our sales and commercial teams to drive continuous revenue growth. Internally, you will be directly responsible for establishing L7's scientific content strategy, L7|SYNAPSE Agentic AI usage within the customer base, creating standard, reusable scientific content and workflows to accelerate and optimize implementation across our entire customer base. To achieve this, you will directly manage, mentor, and scale a specialized, cross-functional team of scientists and developers dedicated to content engineering and deployment reuse.
