Sales Development Representative II
DEKRA North America
• Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by actively participating, taking responsibility, and following established procedures and policies. • Lead development and qualification of inbound/assigned prospects • Proactive/outbound prospecting via research, networking, cold calling and collaboration with sales • Utilize Salesforce CRM for lead-to-opportunity management and activity tracking • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and/or expand sales within an assigned territory • Interface with the customer to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements • Contribute to the quarterly and annual business forecasting by providing account trends and sharing future client needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
- CRM & Microsoft Office suite experience required
- Experience in professional services sales development is a plus
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Hunter mentality to cold call prospects proactively
- Ability to resolve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills to influence managers and negotiate with customers
- Knowledge of strategic planning skills and ability to translate corporate and business unit goals and objectives into realistic marketing and sales plan
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
