Job Description

Clinical Research Associate

Alira Health

• Provide guidance, oversight, and feedback to the CRA team to ensure adherence to project scope, SOPs, timelines, and budget requirements. • Reviews monitoring visit reports, conducts co-monitoring and evaluation visits as needed. • Ensures appropriate and timely investigator site visits. • Coordinates with appropriate cross-functional departments to facilitate negotiation/issue resolution for clinical trial monitoring related issues. • Assists in development of study-specific Monitoring Plans and training presentations as required. • Performs qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out visits both remotely and onsite, ensuring proper documentation of monitoring visits. • Maintains regular contact with study sites to ensure protocol/GCP compliance, assesses patient accrual rates, and responds to sponsor requests.

Job Requirements

  • Graduation in a scientific health field
  • Certified Monitor in compliance with Italian CRO decree dated 15Nov2011
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with Sponsor, Site and Project Team members
  • Ability to autonomously manage monitoring activities
  • Quality focused; Proven ability to be careful, thorough, and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, meeting management, cross-functional team, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Knowledge of clinical research, ICH GCP and local regulations
  • Knowledge of Regulatory and Ethical requirements

Role Description This position is contingent upon contract award. SOSi is seeking a Jr. Geospatial Research Analyst to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities. Essential Job Duties: - Assist in data acquisition, geospatial layer management, and quality control of GIS datasets. - Perform metadata tagging, source verification, and initial processing of geospatial research inputs. - Support dashboard updates, map production, and research documentation efforts. - Contribute to the Geospatial Data Readiness Report, summarizing data preprocessing efforts and metadata alignment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a closely related field; or - A minimum of two (2) years of experience producing geospatial analytic products in these fields of study or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis, research, and production. - Possess the expertise, knowledge, and capability to apply geospatial analytics and all-source intelligence methodologies, theories, and frameworks; and AI/ML, data quality, enrichment, and stewardship processes and techniques to research to: - Produce geospatial and all-source intelligence analytic products. - Steward data using NIST, DoD, IC regulations, policies, and best practices. - Produce and curate country and regional pages on program. - Understand analytic requirements. - Use Esri ArcGIS analytic tools (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS REST API) and other data steward tools, catalogs, techniques, and processes to produce and manage data. Requirements - Certifications or training in Esri GIS or related technologies (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS REST API), Python, R, JSON, HTML/XML, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), and All-Source Intelligence analytic methodology are advantageous but not required.
