Role Description The Digital Consultant, CPQ, reporting to the Director, Technology Consulting, plays an important role in delivering Quote-to-Cash solutions for Zaelab's enterprise clients. This role supports the design, configuration, and implementation of CPQ, product configuration, pricing, and ordering workflows across platforms such as ServiceNow (Logik.ai) and adjacent commerce ecosystems. You will work alongside senior consultants and architects to execute CPQ implementations, develop technical solutions, and contribute to client success. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your CPQ expertise while working on complex, high-impact projects in a collaborative consulting environment. - Solution & Project Delivery: - Support the delivery of CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives, contributing to solution design, configuration, and implementation. - Participate in client-facing discussions, solution reviews, and technical problem-solving sessions. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery milestones are met with quality and consistency. - Solution Design & Configuration: - Assist in designing Quote-to-Cash processes, including product modeling, pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, and order fulfillment workflows. - Configure product configurators using technologies such as Logik.ai (ServiceNow CPQ) under guidance from senior team members. - Help translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with platform best practices. - Technical Discovery & Documentation: - Participate in business and technical discovery sessions, helping to assess current-state systems and define requirements. - Support business process mapping and contribute to functional and architectural documentation. - Assist with gap analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization through CPQ capabilities. - Hands-On Development: - Contribute to configuration, development, and testing of CPQ solutions. - Work closely with developers and architects to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed. - Integration Support: - Support integration efforts connecting CPQ with commerce platforms, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications. - Assist in building prototypes and proofs of concept to validate requirements and solution approaches. - Learn and apply integration patterns and best practices under the guidance of senior team members.
