• Support Data Center security design and installation projects throughout North America • Manage all aspects of the project from initial engagement through project completion • Manage multiple projects and scopes of work • Identify project schedule, scope parameters, and oversee security design and implementation per client design requirements and standards • Manage early project initiation activities and develop project security scope, schedule, critical deliverables, and requirements • Manage scheduling, status, and tracking of critical project tasks, issues, and deliverables • Prepare, issue, and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for security systems installation scope • Evaluate RFP responses and prepare evaluation reports • Perform security site evaluations of potential client properties and review proposed design concepts • Review all security system design documentation for compliance with published security requirements • Accountable for keeping clients informed of project status, including budget, schedule, issues, etc. • Serve as a primary security point of contact for project teams and stakeholders • Produce project status and issues reports and meet with client stakeholders weekly

• Lead and manage physical security design efforts for multiple data center projects within the assigned region • Identify project schedule, scope parameters, and oversee security design and implementation per client design requirements and standards • Manage early project initiation activities and develop project security scope, schedule, critical deliverables, and requirements • Manage scheduling, status, and tracking of critical project tasks, issues, and deliverables • Prepare, issue, and manage Scopes of Service documents for security consultant, engineer, and integrator Scopes of Work (SOW) • Evaluate SOW responses and prepare evaluation reports, to include evaluation criteria, scoring, and recommendation details • Operate with a high degree of independence, managing project scope, priorities, and decision-making within defined program objectives • Perform security site evaluations of potential client properties and review proposed design concepts • Apply client system design standards to in-progress site design, collaborate with client owner and user group stakeholders to define use cases and verify functional requirements, and produce a security functional specification for the project • Review all security system design documentation for compliance with published security requirements, technical standards, and installation standards • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Data Center Engineering, Design Manager, Architecture and Engineering Firms, Property Managers, Security Consulting Firms, and the client’s business groups. • Conduct on-site inspections during construction and installation, and final acceptance testing of completed system installations.

• Support security design and installation projects throughout North, South, and Central America, including new sites and expansion projects, post-occupancy projects, and technology upgrade projects. • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including collaborating with key stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and scopes of work. • Identify project schedule, scope parameters, and oversee security design and implementation per client design requirements and standards. • Manage early project initiation activities and develop project security scope, schedule, critical deliverables, and requirements. • Manage scheduling, status, and tracking of critical project tasks, issues, and deliverables. • Assist with the bid and award process. • Review bid leveling documentation and provide feedback on the award recommendation. • Evaluate SOW responses and prepare evaluation reports, to include evaluation criteria, scoring, and recommendation details. • Perform security site evaluations of potential client properties and review proposed design concepts. • Apply client system design standards to in-progress site design, collaborate with client owner and user group stakeholders to define use cases and verify functional requirements, and produce a security functional specification for the project. • Review all security system design documentation for compliance with published security requirements, technical standards, and installation standards. • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders while managing site activation activities for physical security among project parties and stakeholders to drive schedule, quality, and cost.

• Serve as a physical security advisor and project portfolio manager • Manage all aspects of the program from initial engagement through project completion, including compliance and performance auditing • Manage large project portfolio within assigned account • Prepare, issue, and manage RFP documents for security systems installation scope • Accountable for keeping clients informed of project status and expectations • Produce project status and issues reports and meet with client stakeholders weekly • Conduct on-site inspections during construction and installation and final acceptance testing of completed systems installation

• Review security record drawings to ensure they align with client standards and project-specific scope and discipline requirements • Conduct thorough quality control checks to confirm completeness and compliance of record documents, CAD content, and map integrations • Under the general supervision of the BIM Lead, support the integration of record documents into a master archive following client-specific CAD drafting standards • Provide additional CAD drafting support for non-standard projects where record documents aren’t available • Generate SLM drawings and .jpg images for LenelS2 map integration • Upload maps to client software and configure interactive maps with programmed devices • Create and maintain Gap Reports to communicate unresolved issues discovered during device placement and integration processes • Maintain complete and orderly project files and documentation • Deliver frontline (Tier 1) technical support, primarily focused on map integration and record document archiving • Support record document review for unintegrated projects and assist in reconciling issues found with appropriate parties • Work collaboratively with the BIM Lead on projects from design to closeout
