Manager, Partner Sales

• Lead and scale the Business Development Representative (BDR) function • Drive top-of-funnel partner acquisition and optimize outbound prospecting performance • Own BDR performance management, pipeline quality, prospect targeting • Provide structured feedback to Marketing on targeting, messaging, and lead quality • Manage BDR-led recycled lead and re-engagement campaigns targeting dormant prospects
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales development, or BDR management
- Proven success leading and developing outbound sales teams
- Experience with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and KPI tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience adjusting prospecting strategies based on performance data
- Experience in the payments industry is a plus.
