• Lead generation and qualification: Identify and develop potential customers through targeted prospecting and lead qualification. • Customer acquisition: Execute outbound campaigns (phone, email, social media) to raise brand awareness and generate sales opportunities. • Needs analysis: Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand prospective customers' requirements and offer tailored solutions. • Collaboration with the sales team: Work closely with account executives of our clients to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted into successful deals. • CRM management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data maintenance in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Market monitoring: Monitor market trends and competitors to continuously adapt and improve sales strategies. • Reporting and analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to sell solutions that provide real value.
- Self-motivated with the ability to plan independently and set priorities.
