Regional Sales Manager – South Central Territory

HiViz LED Lighting / FireTech Lights

• Immerse yourself in the fire service culture • Create strong end-user demand by educating fire departments on lighting challenges • Develop, grow, and support a high-performing dealer network • Drive territory activity and pipeline momentum by leading high-impact demos • Crush the target by consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of channel sales experience selling through a dealer or distributor network (required)
  • Experience in the Fire/EMS sector, 12V lighting systems, or a similar public service or technical equipment market (strongly preferred)
  • Firefighter experience is a plus
  • Ability to command attention and earn trust quickly
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
