Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 Years of Sales Experience
- Proven experience in sales management within the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrable ability to develop client relationships and close deals effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
