Role Description - Du betreust unsere Kund:innen per E-Mail (und weiteren Kanälen) über Zendesk – schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. - Du bearbeitest Anfragen rund um Bestellungen, Versand & Tracking (DHL), Retouren und Reklamationen. - Du beantwortest produktbezogene Fragen, z. B. zur Einrichtung von Smart Wallet 3.0, Tracker-Karte oder Ladekabeln – mithilfe unserer Anleitungen. - Du triffst eigenständig pragmatische Entscheidungen im Sinne maximaler Kundenzufriedenheit (Ersatz, Erstattung, Kulanz). - Du erkennst wiederkehrende Themen und gibst wertvolles Produkt- und Prozessfeedback an unser Team weiter. - Du pflegst Makros & Trigger mit und hilfst, unsere Support-Qualität und SLAs stetig zu verbessern. Qualifications - Du bist während der gesamten Tätigkeit immatrikulierte:r Student:in. - Erste Erfahrung im Kundensupport / Customer Service, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder D2C von Vorteil. - Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; gutes Englisch ist ein Plus für internationale Anfragen. - Empathie, echte Serviceorientierung und ein klarer, freundlicher Schreibstil. - Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe. - Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools – Erfahrung mit Zendesk (oder vergleichbar) von Vorteil. - Technisches Grundverständnis für unsere Produkte (App, NFC, Tracker) bzw. Lust, dich zügig einzuarbeiten.
